Our Security and Weapons Policy is not actually an attraction, but I do suggest that you read it.
Midnight Seduction is a sensual and sometimes darkly-flavored icebreaking party game designed to introduce people...and such. It's both for people with, and without, roleplaying experience...and other experience.
As they put it:
"One word of warning, secretly hidden among the other characters in the game are the ravishing undead Vampyre. During the event they will slowly enthrall the mortals in their undead spell."

I'll grant that many Wicked Fairegoers appear to believe that "If you haven't been undead, you haven't lived." Nevertheless, we are uniquely honored to have the opportunity to host this splendid game.
To play the game just show up, everything that you need will be provided for you, however, you are always encouraged to bring your own toys. Don’t worry about making a mistake; the rules are very simple and written to support your decisions.

2) How do you play? Simple! Find a game, walk up, and play!
3)You don’t need experience - just claim a side!

Also, if we get pre-reg’es with good descriptions, we will do our best to include that character IN the main story line. Their max level will also go up by one! Incentive to register!
Go forth and hit each other with boffer weapons!!

They write:
Welcome to the Other Side! What is the Other Side, you ask? Simply put, it is a realm of the dead. Being dead is only the first thing that is different about what it means to be you, though.
And here's something you need to know: the dead work in either Houses or Tribes. Which you are a part of depends on you. No one can tell you except you which House or Tribe you give your allegiance to. That is the first piece of the puzzle. Second piece, what to do with yourself once you are in a House or Tribe. Again, that is mostly up to you, though I will say that Houses and Tribes usually do spend entirely too much time and effort making sure they are on the top of the heap.
To complicate matters further, the Houses and the Tribes have entered into a time of restlessness. Loyalties are being tested, motives are being questioned, and deals and truces are on the verge of breaking. Peace must be restored at all costs, or the Other Side will degrade into chaos. Players can choose from Vampires, Werewolves, Zombies, Mummies, Witches, Poltergeists, Restless Ones, or Soul Rangers. Players also do not need prior knowledge of the world of Atmosfear, as introductions to the world will be made at the beginning of the game. This event HIGHLY stresses player SOCIAL interaction with one another.
While combat is possible, it is NOT how you will be able to get your goals accomplished. This LARP begins at 7:30 Friday evening and goes until about a half hour before events close on Sunday. This is a go anywhere, play anytime event. Players can join the game anytime, they don’t even have to be there for the very beginning. In addition, they can go off and watch/participate in another event, come back, etc. This way, you don’t have to choose between the game, and watching Voltaire perform, for example, you can do both. Going off and watching Voltaire or any other event simply means that your character is distracted by something else that happens to be going on.
Also, if you need to find someone specific to accomplish a task, you ACTUALLY have to find that person. In addition, anyone can and might play, as all are welcome. One thing I don’t want to see, however, is the disruption of other events/performances so that you can talk with other participants. That is definitely one thing I will not allow. As the Storytellers of the LARP will be wandering about Faire keeping tabs on things as well, they will be available to answer questions, clarify issues, and mediate confrontations, within moments. Have fun, play in the game that truly creates Atmosfear!
